Default 2002 V6

Hi Guys,
with a V6 there was no need to purchase a towing package. but of course I need to tow a bike home this weekend so I installed a trailer hitch yesterday and now I'm am trying to install the trailer wiring. when I look under the bed I found two connectors, one just behind the driver side tail light and one in the middle of the bed.

Can anyone tell me what these wire are for? even though I didn't buy a towing package from the dealer was the truck prewired? if so, what do I need to use whats already installed. Could you please also comment if it is just easier to install some "universal trailer wiring kit"

thanks

It is not prewired with a plug if theres no tow package. Buy a tail light converter and hard wire it. 5 wire hook up.
