Default Receiver hitch as a jack point?

Please excuse me if I should have posted this in the off-road forum, or if the question has been asked before, but I could not find a definitive answer anywhere I looked.

Using a Hi-Lift jack, does a 2" receiver hitch work well (and safely) as a jack point on the Tundra? What about the front? Would a Hidden Hitch with the 2" receiver work well with the Hi-Lift on the front of the Tundra?

Thanks,

Dave
