Default need help on 7-blade RVconnector wiring

Hi, I have a 2005 Tundra DC with a factory 7-blade RV towing connector. I am trying to install a cargo light by tapping into the 12-V power source in the connector. As I started the job, I measured 12V at the corresponding terminal, but after I finished the job the 12V disappeared (witht the ignition switch on). I figure I must tripped the fuse but could not find that fuse location. Does any body know where is that fuse, or where to get a fuse layout, or maybe any other suggestion?

thanks.

Check the fuses (especially the 30A Batt Charge) in the Engine Room R/B No.3 Engine Compartment Left

Yes, that is the one "batt charg" . I checked all the fuse boxes except that small one with the right fuse in there (amazing). Thanks for the help.

got a follow-up question.
Just realized the 12V power at the rear 7-blade RV connector sends out current only when the engine is running. With ignition key at the 2nd position (where radio, AC,.. are turned on) I can measure 12V at the 7-blade connector but no current. This means I can use the cargo light only when the engine is running.

anybody know how to by-pass this limitation? or a better 12V supply to tap into? thanks.
