I wouldn't.
Not only is the boat/trailer close to your towing limits, but the shape of the boat is a wedge, and will likely push you around at higher speeds.
You might be ok up to 50mph, but after that it might get a little hairy, because you will have to get both the swaying boat and the diving truck under control.
If you are towing it from your house to the local marina, and its a short drive at low speeds, then it probably wouldn't be a huge problem.
With a boat that big, I'm assuming there's trailer brakes.
