Front Hitch
I don't spend a lot of time in the Towing Forum, so I aplogize in advanced if this has been discussed before, but...
Who makes a good bolt-on front receiver hitch that I can install on a 2001 AC 4WD? Thanks.

Re: Front Hitch
I have a Warn front receiver hitch on my 2002 4WD AC. It bolts on using the bolts that hold the hooks to the frame.

Re: Front Hitch
I am also looking into a front hitch for my 2006 Tundra DC 4X4. After putting the boat into the garage for the winter I realized the nice long wheelbase of the DC that I like so much while towing is a pain for manuvering the trailer into the garage.
Are there any limitations, pitfalls, or issues that I should be aware of before putting a front hitch on my truck?

Re: Front Hitch
I'm getting ready to buy a front receiver as well. Looking at etrailer.com (thanks wylcat!), I can go for the Hidden Hitch or the DrawTite versions. Anyone got any preferences (the DrawTite is about $20 cheaper)?
Also, how hard is this really to install? I don't have front tow hooks, and it looks like some shroud trimming might be necessary....

Re: Front Hitch
Protector,
Post some pictures when you get it installed, I would like to see a front hitch on a newer model. Do you have an SR5 or Limited?
