Default Tow-N-See..Flat Or Convex?

I'm going to get a couple of these and give them a try. If you have used them which is better to get; the flat or convex? The sales guy at the rv store said to get one of each and put the convex on the passenger side. I think the view is better with the convex but maybe there is a reason for having one of each. Thanks for any comments.

Default Re: Tow-N-See..Flat Or Convex?

They won't fit on your Tundra. The side mirrors are too far in for the suction cup to work. If you adjust the side mirror itself so the outside edge is closer to the edge, then it works, but now you have to look at the back seat the whole time.

I just tried something that worked, but isn't pretty. I bent the tow n see bars so they cleared the case of the side mirrors. Haven't used them yet.

If you do get them, try them on before paying for them. Also, get the convex.
