Default newbie question

searched the threads and didn't really find an answer to this. just purchased an 06 natural white dc tundra with the x-sp 3 package. (love it btw), at present not towed anything, although i do have access to a small pop up. also now that i finally have a truck, i'm considering a boat. anyways, got to looking over/around and under the hitch, the hitch appears to be only attached to the bumper. darn dealer threw away my window sticker, but i don't remember it saying anything about a tow package, although it might have. the hitch doesn't appear to be attached to the frame. what's the safe limit on what i can tow with this hitch? should i be looking to purchase a class III? or is that what i have? tia

A pic would defintiy help, but all DCs are supposed to come with the "towing package" which would inclide a class IV hitch and transmission cooler.

I have an '06 DC, SR-5, 4wd, 4.7L, auto, that came standard with the tow package that PSU mentioned. My owners manual says I can tow 6700 lbs. and I don't have the vehicle here to check but think it's the kind of receiver that attaches to the bumper. If you have it, check the manual on page 485.
