    Default Extang - Trifecta - Tri-fold Tonneau

For those of you thinking about buying an Extang Trifecta cover, I have attached several pictures. This cover is very well made. It takes about 20 minutes for the initial install if you have the factory rail system. After the install it only takes about 2 minutes to remove or re-install.

I paid $400 at a local shop. You should be able to buy it online for just over ~$330.

Is it hard top? leaks or not? Can you give more description! Available for CrewMax? I need something that does not leak and easy to take off.

    Regards,
Of course I did. I like it, but at the same time it leacked on couple trucks
So I do not want to waste my time ordering and returning it, however it is still an option. I like the hard cover idea, do not know why
By the way their site does not give you any info if you bed will stay dry. The only thing it says: weather resistant, I think they mean discolouration
    Just found this one,
    Solid Fold
WeatherTuff Seals and unique hinge design keeps water out.

I was having a hard time deciding too... I finally decided on the undercover, because it is solid, lockable, watertight and very light weight (approx. 50 lbs). I love the trifecta, but I do alot of camping and traveling and it is easier for someone with a sharp object, to get at my stuff. If I didn't have the need for extra security.... I would have definitely gone with the trifecta.

My Solid Fold has not leaked so far. I have the #56801 made for the Crewmax with utility rails and have had no leaks after two trips through the car wash. It doesn't rain in Georgia anymore.
    Thanks Ya'll

They make a model for the Bed Rails and a model without the Bed Rails.

I'm on a trip so it'll be a few days before I can post pics but there is another thread on the board with pics of the solid fold. The brackets are just like the one James has posted at the top his thread here. James did you get yours at Southern Offroad? Jenny told me they sold a Trifecta cover to a Tundra owner.
    Thanks Ya'll

I just had a new Fold-a-Cover installed on mine. I had one on the prior truck and really liked it. After 3 years of use, I never had a leak. I did have to adjust the latch mechanism a couple of times with the older cover model. I can see where the new one is a stronger latch and the lock looks improved as well. The cover set me back just under $1,000.00. I think its a pretty good aftermarket product IMHO.
