I returned a fiberglass Toyota cover and got the std duty Diamondback. I like it. It's well made, sturdy enough to walk around on as an elevated work platform and very secure. Three problems so far, one of the locks has stuck a few times and the four clamps that hold it to the truck have shaken loose (I might get some locktite green for this problem) and lastly the rods that slide under the rails to lock it down move with the twisting bed and make a really annoying noise. I glued some hardwood blocks just inside the bed rail and now it works great. I thought about the heavy duty version but just didn't fancy having 800 lbs of Polaris sitting so high up. I would chose it again for sure.
Oh pic in gallery.

I just cant come to a conclusion yet if I'm going to get this or a camper shell, for work this would differently be a huge boon for me being able to store lock up and easily accuses my equipment as well as still have room to pile stuff up on when the trailer gets full. For playing / camping, hunting, long trips, and such Ive loved having camper shells (have had them on my past 3 trucks) but hated them for work. So i guess i have to ask my self do i want to be happy while I'm making money to play with or being more happy with what i have while playing.
I put one on just after I bought my truck.
Pros: Looks good, locks very secure, pretty watertight (but not 100%), easy to put on and take off if I need to haul big stuff, I can put things on top (like dog fencing, or a boat) with the cleats.
Cons: rattle because locking rods loosen, my front lock is broken and I've not gotten around to contact them and see if they'll replace it, not 100% watertight.
I'd buy it again because it was only $1000 and my stuff is locked up in there like a trunk.
If you want $50.00 off, pm me and I'll send you a card that Davestonneaucovers.com sent to me. They had the best price when I bought mine, just $1,000 for the S.E. version (not for loading Quads on top of, but very solid anyway)

If you didn't click on the link in post #7, you should know that:
1. Diamond Back has a $100 rebate available until 11-14-08.
2. The prices mentioned in that link are the lowest allowed by Diamond Back. Authorized Diamond Back dealers are not supposed to go below that price if quoting publicly (like on the internet). However, if you walk into an accessory story, the store can sell you the cover at any price they wish.
I have a diamondback with the atv package on my long box double cab And i love it . It works great to haul my 2 quads at once . All though it is a little hard to get the ramps out when you run 28 inch mud tires .
I just returned from a trip out to the coast with the quads on the diamond back and was asked over and over again how do you get them on and off the top . It got to the point that if i saw someone coming up to me i would just say it comes with 12 foot folding ramps before they could even ask . They would say how did you know i was going to ask ? So be warned you will get a lot of that and many more questions .
As for buying one i was going to buy online as the local dealers listed wanted way to much but i found another place that could get me one localy at a much better price that did not make it worth it to buy online since they do not stock them so you will have to wait a couple months before you will get them if ordered from most online dealers .

I bought the heavy duty version and had it LineX before installation. I've had absolutely no problems with this tonneau. It is water tight, does not rattle, the locks are sound, and I'm able to haul heavy tools (compressor, generator) on top. Couldn't be any happier.
I have the SE model with the LINE-X Extra in black. I'm satisfied with it. The staff at Diamond Back was very helpful. This cover replaced an Under Cover that I had on my Tundra for a year. The Under Cover was not as convenient as the Diamond Back Cover. If I need to remove a panel for taller items in the bed, I can do it myself. Instead of needing someone to help me remove the Under Cover. The Diamond Back is fairly water tight, with the exception of a couple of leaks during heavy rain. This could be taken care of by attaching some type of rubber weather stripping that prevents water from entering at both ends of the panels.
