Re: What rollup bed cover will work with the deck rail system?
I have the Access cover, with the deck rail system, no complaints so far , bought it from Auto Anything, and it came with a tailgate seal. We have had two blizzard so far and the cover has held up with about a foot of snow on top of it. My buddy has the Truxedo on his and it is about the same thing, but his does not have the tension adjusters, and he bought his from Truck Candy.

Hmm I have the same one for 18 months now. I have to agree, it is solid, you can even walk on it, but there is one problem. In freezing temperatures, specially after snowing, just forget about being able to open it.

The deck-rail specific Retrax I have attaches to the deck-rails... I'm not sure how the regular version attaches, but I don't have any complaints about this one.

Re: What rollup bed cover will work with the deck rail system?
Pretty much any of the soft rollups will be available for the Tundra with a deck rail system.
Personally I would recommend the Access line of covers which will price between $280 and about $360 shipped depending upon the model/features you choose.
Re: What rollup bed cover will work with the deck rail system?
I have a Truxedo with the deck rails. The mounting system is made specifically for whether or not you have the rails, so be sure you specify when you order.

Front Susp: Stock coilovers, 4" lift (http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...6-4-inch-lift/), swapped extra spacers for Bilstein 5100s on lowest setting, wheel well height still 41.5." Rear Susp: ProComp ES3000 #326510 (2.25" taller than stock), 1.25" blocks plus PRG mini-pack (http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...and-new-truck/) gives 2.25" total lift, parking brake cable bracket spacers, wheel well height 43." Front diff and rear ds drop; trailer hitch electrical harness tucked up above bumper. After 20K miles swapped 305/65/18 BFG AT for 285/75/18 Toyo AT, still on stock 18x8x60 offset TRD wheels, about 1/8" clearance to sway bar. Like the extra height but miss the width. Next time either 305/70/, 295/70, or 35x12.50/18. Added 5th 285/75/18 Toyo AT as spare. Bed Bounce: Stiffer E-tires are worse than stock P-metric; biggest improvement from PRG mini-pack, slight improvement from shocks. Still a stiff ride but tolerable now. Best things about this truck: 5.7 and transmission, interior size and comfort, very quiet at high speed. Worst things about this truck: bed bounce, no VSC in 4wd, mileage sucks above 70.
Re: What rollup bed cover will work with the deck rail system?
Just ordered a Retrax from Randy @ Retrax and he discounted my shipping for mentioning I heard about it here. It was $949 for the DC Standard Bed and $23 for a tailgate gasket. Should be here Tuesday, will post pics!
I had a hard time deciding between a roll top, fiberglass, or just a cap. I had a fiberglass on my tacoma and while I loved the sturdiness of it, it was a pain to remove when I needed to use the bed without it. A cap is too much like grandpa's truck so I had to go with the roll top and chose Retrax after reading about it here.
Re: What rollup bed cover will work with the deck rail system?
A couple of more things for ya:
Lightly lubricate the rails (where he cover slides) and the cover will slide much easier. The cover will arrive with fairly dry rails.
Apply a car wax/polish to the rails (that's rails only, not the cover) and it will help protect them from the sun. Powdercoated products tend to lose their gloss due to UV light from the sun.
