Well, have you guys ever done something absolutely stupid and realize right afterwords you shouldn't have?
A couple weeks ago, after a fairly major snow and ice storm, I had about 3 inches of ice and snow built up on top of my Trifecta cover. I tried breaking up the ice by trying to flex the fabric. This usually works, but this time it was too thick.
SO... my brainiac idea was to use my ice scraper turned upside down and gently scrape the hard snow off. I got the snow off alright. Then later on when the sun came up, I notice that I put 2 nice gashes in the fabric.
I can't believe I was so dumb. This is not something I would typically do.
So, I'm going to keep the ripped cover on for the winter and let it take the beating and get myself a new one in the spring.
Might go solid fold, but haven't decided yet.
