Default access vanish

I installed the access vanish tonneau cover today and after I completed it I noticed a 1/4 inch gap between the front of the bed and the cover. It is tight everywhere else. It is level all the way around also. It is only when I lock the cover down that I have this gap, when its unlocked it rests snug against the lip of the bedliner. It seems the tension created by locking it is causing the front of the cover to rise up slightly off the liner. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I had a gap too. I got some of the foam tape (used under a cap to seal them) and put two layers between the bedrails. When I put the cover back on I made sure to line it up over the foam tape centered on the bed both left to right as well as front to rear and still be over the foam tape. Works like a charm.

Where did you purchase the foam tape from?

I've had it for several years. My '93 pickup has a cap that come off and goes on all the time. Where ever I bought it, I got a big roll (2ft). I think I got it at K-Mart but that was so long ago I don't remember. Sorry.
