PE Full Metal Jacket, best dealer to purchase from

My first purchase is going to be the PE FMJ retractable tonneau. I need a retractable for my purposes. I've had the retrax on my Ram 1500, the foldacover on my chevy2500 HD and the backflip(POS) on my Taco. Retrax was my favorite but the FMJ seems to be the most durable and has lots of great feedback online.

My questions:

1. Best place to purchase
2. Does PE have any seasonal sales. $1500 is a big nut to spend on a tonneau and I need the thule system on top so I'm looking at $1800.

Any advice?
