Default Truxedo lo pro Qt????

I installed my bed cover this weekend. I was wondering if anyone installed the side rails slightly below the bed caps, to see if the back would set closer to the top of the tailgate? Or does it need to go flush with the top of the bed caps? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up moving them down past the bed caps a little and it did set it almost flush with the tailgate. However the velcro was overlapping to much on the sides. So I brought it back up even.

If you can post a picture of how the Truxedo fits over the tailgate. I loved the one I had on my old F250 and am considering that or the access lorado for the tundra. Thanks

I posted some pics of the bedcover, look in my album. I really do like the cover. I added the tailgate seal around the tailgate and added a few more pieces of weather stripping on the corners and had no water in the bed, after a hard rain a few days ago. It had about a 1/2 inch of snow on it this morning that was gone by this evening still no leaks. I got the cover for 365.00. Tailgate seal 20.00 and 14.99 for the cleaner. Total of 399.00 and Free Shipping.

Thanks for posting those pictures, the cover looks great. The only complaint I had with the lo pro I had on my F250 was the seal at the top of the tailgate worked much better keeping the water out when it rode on top of the tailgate. This meant you had to open the cover prior to closing the tailgate then snap the cover down.
From the pictures it looks like you can open and close your tailgate without messing with the cover.?.?
