ARE Tonneau Cover Wiring

I just purchased a used ARE tonneau with the electronic lock. I'm trying to figure out where to run and attach the 2 wires that are coming off the lock in order to lock and unlock the cover using the truck's keyless entry FOB. I've got a 2008 CM. Any help is appreciated!
