Default TracRac VS Bakflip anyone?

Did Anyone tried this combo? I need both rack and closed bed to lock my tools. It looks like there is still lots of room after Bakflip is in place on those plastic covers.I also have bed liner.Do I need to cut it to install bakflip?
Thanks.

I've got the Bakflip on my CMax, and have a thread going on the topic. You're bedliner is under the rail, right? If so, you can run the drains behind the bedliner, or you can drill a small 1" hole, your choice.

Well I don't have rails but I got bed liner that was taken off from tundra that had one so it is already cut to fit rails.I'm not planing on adding rails anyway. What I need to know is if backflip is gonna work with tracrac.I need to lock my tools and have rack for work sometimes.Anyone use this truck as working truck, anyone?
P.S I will not give up till I get the answer
