Really really sharp truck there....I may go for the reg cab with sport appearance instead of the double cab it looks so fine! Thanks for sharing the pics - great line-x - and terrific quality photos!

I paid $440.00 out the door @ Line-X of El Cajon, Ca. Nice truck you got there. I have to ask...why a sigle cab? it does look good.

I would have gotten a double cab or crew max, however I realized that I never carry more than one other person in my car. I had a 06 Tacoma double cab, and I never had passengers. The only exception is when I went out with friends on the weekend, and usually the one who has the biggest ride ends up driving everyone, so I got tired of being the designated driver everytime. It did not matter if I actually drove or not, because we would end up taking my Tacoma.

Also, before I bought the Tundra, I had to measure out whether it would fit in my garage. After strategically moving some boxes, I was able to get it into the garage with about 4 inches to spare front and back. Just enough to get past the Tundra to the 2nd fridge in the garage to get some additional beers.

There is actually alot of space behind the front seats of a reg cab. I am able to get at least 2-3 suitcases in there and in a pinch 2 additional folks can ride in that area.

A couple days ago, I had to give my niece a ride to the mechanic to pick up her car and she did not know I had purchased the Tundra. Thinking I had the Tacoma double cab, she invited 2 of her friends along. I ended up putting them behind the front seats for the short ride. Not ideal but in a pinch possible. It is just uncomfortable enough to convince folks that I should not be giving everyone a ride and they opt for the friend who has a 4Runner or Accord, etc.

Got mine last week in NorCal for 385.00 otd. Just keep in mind one additional thing. if you are planning on getting the bed extender, have them take your rear cargo hook off before shooting the bed liner. I gave the shop the option of shooting over the hook and what a pain in the a** to get those torx bolts off to install the bed extender locking plates on the bed.

rxbike - where in norcal did you get it done? Some line-x places claim others are cheaper b/c their process isn't as good or something...

I'm in yuba city. These guys have been in business for a long time. Their customer service is top notch. Their regular price is 405.00 but gave me a 25.00 price discount when I asked them about deals. Can't say enough about their service.
Their info: Yuba Sutter Line-X

1332 Colusa Hwy.
Yuba City, CA 95993

Ph. (530) 671-7976

talk to Carol or Matt..
