If you used a harness kit there shouldn't be a problem.
Problem... The acc wire from the stereo is suppose to be connected to a wire that is only hot when the key is in the "on" or "accessory" position. If you aren't using a wiring kit, you need to make sure the vehicle wire you're using is hot only in the acc AND on key positions. Check this with the key in both positions.
The yellow wire is 12 constant to maintain presets and clock
The red wire only gets power once the key is in the acc position or when the ignition has been triggered. Is what turns the deck on.
The Blue wire on your deck's harness is to the power antenna, if you have one.
The BLUE/WHITE wire IS THE AMP TURN ON WIRE. The headunit uses this wire to signal your amp to draw power from the car's battery.
Issues:
whoever hooked up your inverter may have hooked it up to a constant hot and the inverter has been left on.
whoever hooked up the amp to your first deck(factory?) chose the wrong wire to trigger the amp turn on.
You didn't check the wrong wiring from the amp install before you installed the Eclipse deck and the acc is a constant hot.
