Aftermarket 5.7 oil filter element yet?

Has Pure1 or anyone yet come out with an aftermarket oil filter for the 5.7?

I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra with the 5.7 Liter V8. Wix currently does not list a filter for this application. Are there plans to produce the filter for the 5.7L Toyota V8?

We are working on this filter but do not have it avaiable yet - probably 6 to 8 more months

They are working on it. LOL - I'm sure this complex filter paper design is going to take many months to duplicate. A total BS response.

Didn't someone say that the filter element is exactly the same as one for a Lexus model? If so, I don't suppose they are out for the Lexus, are they?

Bummer I'd be more interested in a Toyota Part that makes it so 5.7's can use 4.7 spin ons...
