I copied this from a FJ forum but haven't had the chance to see if it works.
Seat belt chime
1. Turn the ignition switch on (without starting car)
2. Press the ODO/TRIP switch until the odometer displays "ODO"
3. Turn the ignition switch off
4. Turn the ignition switch on
5. Press ODO/TRIP switch immediately (within 6 seconds after turning the power switch ON) and hold it down for 10 seconds or more.
6. Continue holding the ODO/TRIP switch and fasten the front passenger's seat belt.
7. Check that the odometer displays either "b-on" or "b-off" (it will be "b-on")
8. Press the ODO/TRIP button to change the display to "b-off".
9. Turn the ignition switch off.
10. Turn the ignition switch on while depressing the brake pedal.
11. Check that no buzzer sounds when setting on the front passenger seat.
haha thats awesome if it works...it sucks for the guy who took his entire seat out and started pulling wires out of his seatbelt just to get it to turn off.

If I remember correctly the instructions for disabling the seat belt alarm was for the driver seat belt. It is good that someone can find ways to override some of the unnecessary federally mandated junk on a truck. No offense just my 2 cents worth.

Nothing in Toyota scanner will allow it,passenger only

I re-read the FJ forum site info and they said you had to be sitting in the passenger seat for it to work, a lot of people said it worked, but I tried this afternoon and wasn't able too. Someone even chimed in and said it was the same way for the Prius. This isn't a secret as it is in the FJ Cruiser's manual page 103 or 105, I cant remember. If they did this for the FJ it would make since that they have it on the Tundra. I had my lunch bag with 4 watter bottles in it sitting on the passenger seat, beep - beep - beep. They did say it would reset if the battery is disconnected.

Yea! I was the guy who posted the pics of the chime disable mod. I tried these directions WEEKS ago and it just plain doesn't work on the 2007+ Tundra. That is why I took the time to find a way. If there IS a way I hope it does get posted for the many who are requesting this option.
We just went to the wrecking yard and scabbed off acouple differnt seatbelt ends from wrecked out Toyo's
Cut off all the excess webbing and its nice, shiny and looks pretty good !
Better have a good blade
