Sorry to hear all the problems that you all are having .. I copied the steps word for word off the copied sheet I was given and to the PDF .
I left a message for the guy to call me back, he didnt return my call today, hopefully tomorrow I ll hear from him and see what else he has to offer for help.
Some may think this is BS. Its truly not . I ll be happy to scan and show anyone my Toyota Dealership Work Order Stating that the Chime Was Disabled at the Dealer yesterday and the waiver I signed releasing them of any liability. My Seat Belt Chimes have not sounded since the dealer shut them off .. not 1 beep...
If you guys are having problems the next best suggestion is just go to your dealer and ask for them to disable the seat belt buzzer for you. Tell them that you will sign the liability release to not hold the dealer responsible for anything. They should do it ...

Drivers Side -
Step 1 - Turn The Ignition Switch ON (Engine Should Not be Running)
Step 2 - Press The ODO/TRIP switch until the Odometer displays "ODO"
Step 3 - Turn the Ignition Switch OFF
Step 4 - Turn the Ignition Switch ON
Step 5 - Press the ODO/TRIP Switch immediately (within 6 seconds) and Hold it down for 10 Seconds or more.
Step 6 - Continue Holding down the ODO/TRIP switch and Fasten the Drivers Side Seat Belt.
Step 7 - Check that the odometer displays either "Seat Belt Buzzer On" or "Seat Belt Buzzer Off"
Step 8 - Press the ODO/TRIP switch to change the Display to "SEAT BELT BUZZER OFF"
Step 9 - Turn the Ignition Switch OFF
Step 10- Turn the Ignition Switch ON
Step 11 - Check that No Buzzer Sounds.

Passenger Side -
Step 1 - Turn the Ignition Switch ON
Step 2 - Press The ODO/TRIP switch until the Odometer displays "ODO"
Step 3 - Turn the Ignition Switch OFF
Step 4 - Turn the Ignition Switch ON
Step 5 - Sit in the Front Passenger Seat. Press the ODO/TRIP switch immediately (within 6 seconds) and hold it down for 10 seconds or more.
Step 6 - Continue holding down the DOD/TRIP switch. Fasten and Release the passenger side Seat Belt.
Step 7 - Check that the odometer displays either "SEAT BELT BUZZER ON" or "SEAT BELT BUZZER OFF"
Step 8 - Press the ODO/TRIP switch to change the display to "SEAT BELT BUZZER OFF"
Step 9 - Turn the Ignition Switch OFF
Step 10- Turn the Ignition Switch ON
Step 11- Check that NO Buzzer sounds.

*: "SEAT BELT BUZZER OFF" indicates that the buzzer is OFF. "SEAT BELT BUZZER ON" indicates that the buzzer is ON. The buzzer ON/OFF setting will be finished (the odometer will display "ODO") if the ODO/TRIP switch is not operated for 10 seconds or more. In this case, perform step 11 to check that the buzzer ON/OFF setting is complete. If it is not complete, Start from Step 1 again.
Notice: When either the battery cable or the combination meter connector is disconnected, these buzzers are set on.

- Be Sure to record the current value before customizing
- When performing troubleshooting, be aware that the functions may be set to OFF by customizing. (Example: In case of the symptom in which "The Wireless Operation does not function". check that the wireless operation is not set to OFF by customizing, then perform the troubleshooting).
