No doubt in my mind that 13s are within reach. I've been on the fence about keeping my order for the JBA exhaust and Volant intake. You think they'll mind if I try them out first and see if they really make a difference? At least I have a good initial run to base the results off of. I'll keep y'all posted!

Like I said previously you need to have a free flowing exhaust when it comes to Forced Induction. The exhaust may not add to much to a stock truck but when it comes to boost you will be glad you have it because the engine will breath much easier at higher RPMS. Think of horsepower like this, moving as much air in and out of the engine as efficiently as possible. Key word there is efficient, if you have a blower on the car and a restricitive stock exhaust it almost defeats the purpose of the blower because its choked up. Let your engine breathe good and then put the blower on. Trust me on this ive been racing cars for about 12 years now .

Alright man, that makes me feel a little better about it. I'll stick with the exhaust, but whats your opinion on intake kits, the volant in particular? I already have it, just can't decided if I wanna install it or send it back.

Id go ahead and slap it on there. There have been many debates on here that the intakes don't do anything as far as power goes. After you do that and get your exhaust on there take it back to the track. One thing is for sure and thats track times don't lye.
You may have to slightly modify it to make it work with the blower but it shouldn't be to hard. It wouldn't surprise me if it bolted right up to the blower with no modification but well have to wait and see.
The best I've heard so far out of the Tundra was high 14s (14.7, 14.8). If your truck is stock, why was yours so quick????? Did you take traction control off etc ?????

The 14.6s - 14.8s were all out of double and crew cabs. He is the first regular cab I know of to post any track times.
Still waiting to see someone play guinea pig and install N2O on their 5.7

Even if it only gives a tenth and the exhaust another tenth, you know what your time will be then!!
