Sirius is also a must.
Speaking of subwoofers, I have the underseat tool box and I need it, so is there a good subwoofer that will still fit back there (anywhere) and how can I mount it (perferably behind the seats)? Any suggestions?

The opinion is that it sucks big time, if you dont replace it your system will forever be crap. Should be the first thing you replace.
To the OP great post! Another tip: The connector for the power windows/locks is very tricky to remove with the it still on the panel after you pull it loose. The tip is to just pop up the plastic switch cover before you pull the panel and dissconect it first. otherwise you will be trying to hold the panel and pull that sucker which is very hard to do even if someone is holding the panel for you there is very little room that way.
