No real tips or tricks to speak of, just might want to have a buddy to help.
I did find out that a 6' tall, 200 pound guy and completely fit inside the wheel well of this beast.
You almost have to be a contorsionist to get the lower control arm reassembled by yourself...pry this, wedge that, move this aside, stand on that, slip this in, oops it moved, start over...almost sounds like the first time I, um...back to it.
Part number
Parts...includes differential drop, skid plate drop, and bump stop drops.

New Rubber
Hopefully I will get the new rubber on next week, BFG's TA KO All Terrain 305-65-18 on stock TRD rims.

Looks good. Will be even better with the new tires. Those rear lift blocks look a little different. Something besides the plain old square blocks. Are they steel or aluminum?
I see you have a TRD Dual Exhaust. Do you have any idea what the piping size is on it?
Your truck looks great. I was thinking of doing the exact same thing (same lift, same tires) with mine. The only difference would be the color. What part of the neighborhood do you live in I wouldn't mind seeing how it looks up close and personal with the Truxxx lift. I am out in Graham. Nice, nice, nice.......
Looks beafier. You are braver than I to install on your own. Let us know how you like the set up once the tires are on. It drives the same with lift, but those tires will change a couple of things.
Be prepared once you finish with tires to have a lot of hard looks from the chevy/dodge/ford crowd. I went dove hunting yesterday, 25 trucks or so, ALL c/d/ford of course with the exception of mine. They all gathered around my truck as if it were a TOY show.

Looks great, lifting and those BFGs you are gonna get make all the difference in the world for the truck, I got them too I did the toytec though and it works great also. They really transform the truck, man I put my lift and tires on with olny 600 miles on the clock. Anybody interested in some BFG Rugged trails 275x18 they have 600miles on em LOL
Makes changing the oil much eaiser too no reason to get it up on ramps.

Hey another graham/puyallup tundra owner!
MXSJW that really looks nice just do me a favor next time you drive by me please don't look down at me LOL
congrats on the lift!
I decided not to on mine. do to me being disabled it made it tough when i had my ford f250 lifted. so i guess i might just level it out.

Hey man thanks for the compliments. I used the 2.5 toytec kit its a 2.5" front, 1"rear block and diff drop. Same tires as the guy who started this thread is gonna put on 305/65/18, the tires really seal the deal gotta have bigger rubber on the tundra, its a pretty big, long truck and small tires look silly on it IMO. But them tires are not cheap!
No problems, what-so-ever.
And for those that don't know....now you know...bumpsteer - Google Search
