Swapping grilles complicated?

If I wanted to swap out my chrome/black grille for something different, how complicated is that process - even if it's just a different '07 Tundra grille? Can a normal guy with limited mechanical skills pull it off??

It is very easy. If you open your hood and look behind you can see the pins that are holding the grill into place. Haven't tried it myself but I had a quick look at in when I installed my grill insert.

Yep, just pop the hood and you will see all the bolts in clear view.

You also have to carefully remove the plastic insert above the grill (the fake intake looking one) as there are 5 10mm bolts behind that as well.

To remove it you need to pry up at the bottom edge on the drivers side and work your way across the front to release the tabs and then fold it up and out. Take care to use a pry tool that won't mar the chrome or plastic.
