All of you who are debating armor all etc need to stop. Call the Toyota Warranty 800 number and register a claim. They are aware of this problem and jumped through hoops to fix my dash. The dealer fixed it and it looks great.The dealer had it repainted and it looks and matches perfectly.Don't waste your time with alll these BS solutions, Call Toyota and they will fix it.
Some of the dashes were painted with a very thin cover which can be chipped with a fingernail. A cheap way to cover a dash.
The original paint was a poor choice. Toyota stood up and made it right, but you need to call Toyota directly and start a claim.

Did they repaint it or replace the dash?? Mine had a small area that they just repainted..so far it still looks OK. It looks like the paint is very thin and could probably be scratched with a fingernail.

It took forever for my post to show up. The dealer had a contractor come in and repaint the dash. Toyota would have replaced it, but i went with the repaint first. It turned out great. If I hadn't contacted Toyota directly I bet I would still be dancing with the dealer.
