Anyone else hear a faint whistle from the back of the truck when their A/C is on Fresh ? When I put it on Recirculate it stops. The noise comes from the back of the cab. Anyone know if there is a TSB for this ?

I have the same problem, but mine sounds like it is coming from under the dash on the passenger side. It goes away when I switch it to fresh. The noise comes in at around 65MPH
I have the same problem out of the pax side. Its so frustrating and almost sounds like alternator whine out of the speakers. It is definitely something to do with the A/C unit over there and if anyone has a remedy it would be MUCH appreciated!!

I only have 3,000 miles on my DC. I did pull the cabin filter and looked at the door for the fresh and recirculate. I can only hear it when i am driving on the highway
With wind noise looking for the leak is the answer, I have read a couple posts about trim around the windows pulling away, might be a place to look also.

I will have to get someone to drive with me to look for the leak. I only hear it when the recirc is on and the fan is on the 2 lowest settings. I have read other threads and will try some of those fixes.
I had the same problem. It was the fan motor making a high pitched bearing type sound. You couldn't hear it when the fan was on high speed because the wind noise drowns out the whining noise. I got it replaced under warranty.
