Mine is signature #2....even though my tailgate is OK so far (mainly because I'm afraid to put any weight on it). If Toyota wants to be taken seriously in this market they need to toughen this truck up for use in the real world. Thanx for getting this started.....who knows it might even do some good.

My signature is also there and my tailgate is also fine. I have not loaded my lawn tractor or 8' lumber yet. My problem is that now I'm affraid to. I don't want to go out and spend a ton of money on a trailer because of a poor quality tailgate. Toyota is usually better than that. I sure hope this partition helps.

Thats just it Guntech. If I was gonna trailer everything, small and large loads what would I need a truck with a bed for? I'd just buy a 4x4 SUV and trailer everything if I cant use the bed without damaging it. Right?
