I recently purchased a 2007 Tundra Crewmax. I noticed when i'm driving with my rear glass down, half way or all teh way down, i hear a rattling sound. Sounds like the glass panel is jiggling and hitting a metal part somewhere. Has anybody noticed this or do i have to make my first trip to the dealership?

Check your tailgate.

I hear noises but I'm sure it is not my window.....

Had this too and found out it was strangely enough a clip for the outside of the tracks for the deck rails that had fallen off and was rolling in the bed.
Check around, maybe there is an issue in the glass housing, but for me this problem had a simple reason and fix.
Thanks for all the input. My truck bed does not have any liner or rails and not hitch as of yet. It is definitely a glass on metal rattling sound. I need to sit back there while the wife drives it around. I sure do hope it's an easy fix.
Oh the seat belt flapping incident i figured out the first day i had it. You know that little clip that holds the back seal belt when not in use? Well the belt bangs against the side it only when it's clipped into it. It's better off jsut letting it hang and not use the clip. Like i said before, it's definitely a glass on metal sound than plastic on plastic or metal on metal.
yeah the CM window is solid. No noise in any position. I would first get someone else to drive and sit in the back seat to make sure you know exactly whats making the noise then take it to the dealer.

I figured it out! it's not the glass at all, it's my tailgate! The rattling sound i hear is where the tension cable that ties teh tailgate to the truck. When i banged on the rear side panel i heard the same thing. When the tailgate is closed, the cable jiggles and of course with the back window down i hear it when i drive. Good thing i found it or i was about to take it to the dealer and have them tear it up!
I have noticed the same thing--that with a lot of wind blowing through the truck the seat belt buckles flap against the plastic interior trim pieces.
I think I might have a 'seat belt bounce' issue....
I have the same damn issue.... and when I re-position it flat.... it eventually get cock-eyed and loud again..... maybe I should strap a sand bag to it until Toyota steps up to the plate....
