Question MBRP anyone?

I tried doing a search, I know how much yall love exhaust threads but has any one tried the mbrp exhaust. I had one on the cummins that was sold in order to buy my new truck but I have never heard how they sound on a gas truck. any one ever heard them? if so how does it compare to borla or flowmaster. here is the link that i found for them

MBRP Inc Performance Exhaust - Snowmobile, Diesel, Muscle Car and Sport Truck Exhaust Systems.

Hmm yea I was in no way planning on buying the whole system. Just the resonator because I can get the rest done pretty cheap here in Texas. Im just looking for the sound on a gasser.

1200.00? the most expensive system mbrp offers is only 900 something and you can buy that from them directly on there website. the cheapest system is 400.00 and if you look on ebay i found the 900.00 for 700.

I have had an MBRP exhaust on every vehicle I have ever owned. I most recently had one on my '03 Tacoma, my '07 hemi, and now my '08 Tundra. As I have posted before I have the only set of true dual split side exit (first off the line) for my tundra and I am very impressed with the performance of the system...it looks awesome, sounds awesome and I definately gained more than 6 hp..The quality and fit and finish is on par with any of the big manufacturers (Borla, Flowmaster, Magnaflow) and the sound is just as good if not better (its definately deeper than the TRD/Borla my buddy has and not as tiny as the Magnaflow my other buddy has). And as for the price the $1200 system is all 304 stainless (compare the price to Borla I'm sure you will see its fair), if you don't need the 304 stainless then 409 or aluminized is also available (which most of the competition systems are made out of) for a much better price. I'm gonna go take some pics now and post them....If anyone can help me post the pics I will...I go to upload them and it says that a security key is missing and can't complete the upload...

MBRP, I had this exhaust on my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 HD Cummins with a Banks Six Gun and AFE Intake and let me tell you that was the fastest truck on the street.

I now have a new '08 Tundra with a S/C and TRD Exhaust, TRD Intake and when I raced my brother (who has my old Dodge) he smoked me. I don't know how much of that was the exhaust but I can hear his truck a mile away (literally) and it screams. I didn't know they made Tundra Exhausts or i would have got one. MY TRD exhaust just isn't loud enough for me. Although my wife would beg to differ.

glad to see this thread has revived. Any sound clips maybe, Im taking a trip into mexico and taking my parents in my truck. I hate the jba. it droans too much and seems to be louder when I have passengers... right at 65mph.. its not the passengers causing it.... its the face that im talking to them and I then realize how loud it is so I just shift it in 5th.
