I spent $381.42 on the way with the trailer and $348.89 on the way back. Gas prices went up about 10-12 cents while I was on the trip. I didn't bring back any fireworks(I live in fire country, literally), but I did bring back a couple cool knives & a bitchin' set of brass knuckles. you know, for display of course, lol. Plus a bunch of free firewood for this winter.

I was born in Greeneville TN - your pictures sure bring back good memories. Gatlinburg is still the best tourist trap in the US! Nice job and thanks for sharing! American by birth, Southern by the grace of god.

Yup, that's the place. You are driving along and the sign says welcome to Georgia. A few minutes later it says Welcome to Tennessee....What? didn't we just leave Tennessee? Then another sign saying Welcome to Georgia.

We were gonna stop at the Lodge outlet to pick up some cast iron. We turned the wrong way and ended up not finding it. It's a good thing though we got in really late into Atlanta. If we would have shopped, my brother would have been really pissed. I had forgotten about the time zone change.
