Does anybody know whether a standard size Razo shift knob fit on the shifter? They have some nice styles and I'm interested in one in particular... or possibly this one too.

Those Razo knobs have multi adapters in the box that you can use to fit mostly what is out there. I take it you do not like the Billet T-handle available for your Tundra?

Yeah, I wasn't impressed with the replacement that Toyota sells... I wish I could get a simple aluminum cylinder that is about 2.5" in diameter and 4" to 5" tall, that would be perfect for me. But, alas, it isn't available, though I've seen some other Razo knobs that seem pretty close to this...
