Cars always look awesome with larger diameter wheels and a slim profile tire. IMO, trucks have higher cabins and different body lines, and rubber band tires are not meant for such large vehicles. Cars and trucks/SUVs are different, and require different wheels and tires.
Looks good lowered, just wish the profile was a little more impressive.
What most people need to understand is that it is a person's decision to do what ever he/she wants to their vehicle; especially when they are the ones paying for it !!!
I hear some of this same s*** at work. Why don't you do this, why not do that. If someone is going to foot the bill for MY mods to MY truck, I'll listen to what ever they have to say !
nippy your truck looks awesome!!! WOW. For dropped/slammed trucks yours is right up there with the nicest I have seen. Congrats.

That's true, however, when you post pictures on a public forum where people share their opinions...they are going to share their opinions. As you so vehemently state, people have their rights. That includes expressing they don't like something. Nippy also has the right to ignore those people. You also have the right to reply five times in a row to people you don't agree with, and attack their vehicles in a malicious, vindictive manner...although it seems that your personal attacks have been already pruned
The point is, people mod their vehicles the way they want, and people make comments. That's the way things go. No need to take it personal. It's just different strokes for different folks!

LOL, me TOO!! I don't know what some people around here do for a living, but I am doing good to make my truck payment!
Really not yours or our business what people on this board do for a living ! It's called work hard, save your money, and treat yourself as often as possible !!!

Not taken personal at all. That's not my truck in the pic, so how am I taking it personal ?
Basically if someone would like to mod a truck a certain way, in my opinion they should by their own and change it to their likes. That's just how I am. I don't go around and say stuff like it would look better with this.... or you should have did that.....
This is just my view on the negative comments about not only this truck but any other on this board.
Hey Thirdhorseman, I'm curious as to who you think I personally attacked ? I only defended the ( what I call dumb ) comments about how a guy choses to modify HIS truck. They are entitled to their opinion and I'm entitled to my opinion.
I guess I'm just open to other opinions. Sometimes you can get a fresh different perspective when you listen to more people than those who already agree with you.......
Nippy, your truck looks good, enjoy the ride, congratulations.

Hey ThirdHorseman, by-the-way, I really like your truck ! Especially the inside !!! If it were my truck, though, the ONLY thing I would have done diff. would be to change the tow mirrors to limited mirrors. But you probably need the tow mirrors.

Mean truck !!! Love how you put it together !!!
Thank you, I like the Limited mirrors but I took all the chrome off of my truck, so they would stick out too much!
I couldn't live without the wide angle mirror now anyways, what a convenience!
Sure wish I could find a set of chrome mirrors for my truck. I've been looking but all I can find is those stick-on covers on ebay. I'll keep looking though.
