Ground Force 2"/4" Lowering Kit Springs, Leafs, shocks
Hey guys-
Just saw this and was way stoked. Thought I would throw it up here since I know a few of you would be interested. This seems like the best lowering kit out for our trucks so far.
2" in the Front and 4" in the rear. Comes with Front Coils, Rear Leafs, Rear Shocks, Bump Stops, Wedges, U-bolts. Ground Force has done some nice work in the past with that RST Silverado.

Re: Ground Force 2"/4" Lowering Kit Springs, Leafs, shocks
Just happened to run across this thread, don't know how I missed it before. Anyway thanks for posting this, I will be giving them a call in the morning. Anyone tried this kit out yet? How much?
edit:
did some browsing around and it looks like similar kits for other trucks are running around 800 dollars wasn't quite expecting that...
edit2:
For those that are interested I called today and was quoted $1057 for the kit. This better be one damn good kit geez, any vendors out there want to offer up a group buy for us?
Re: Ground Force 2"/4" Lowering Kit Springs, Leafs, shocks
I agree the price is ridiculous. However for those of us experiencing difficulty with a high seat, this could be a welcome fix. It would allow me access to the truck bed, I cant lift groceries over the bedsides due to a bad back.

I believe that the McGaughy kit flips the rear springs while the Ground Force replaces the rear springs and rear shocks....both replace the front coils. That makes the Ground Force rear springs and shocks cost $545. That seems a little high, but I really don't like the rear springs "hanging" from the rear axle, so I'm considering the Ground Force route for my Tundra.
Re: Ground Force 2"/4" Lowering Kit Springs, Leafs, shocks
Does anyone know if there are any companyies besides SOS that offer a 2/4 drop for a 4X4 DC? I think they are the only ones. I think that one is almost $1,100.
