Default 2008 Tundra - Leveling Kit Question

I just bought a 2008 Crewmax Ltd. TRD 4x4. I want to put a leveling kit on it and not sure what to do. I have heard good things about Toytec 2" Leveling kits (with just adding the 2" spacers up front).

Some say do a 2.5" or 3" level kit with add-a-leafs...but I don't want to jack up the ride. I heard if you add a leaf, it stiffens the ride, but can you tell a major difference with a 1" leaf in the back?

Please help! I want to do it the right way the first time...also, Pictures welcome!

Thanks!

Check out the Ground Force kit. It levels and lowers where many of these leveling kits raise an already difficult truck to climb up into. I have a regular cab and am awaiting their release of a kit for it. I think there are members on here who have used them on other body styles.

Check out the write up I just did on the Top Gun Customz 2.25" lift. No change in ride, maybe a little better. And yes a add-a-leaf will stiffen the ride.

im wanting to do the 2" also. i have a 4x4 and wondering if i need to install a diff. drop. i heard on here people saying you only need one on a lift thats 2.5" or bigger. just dont want to mess anything up over the long run. does everyone with the spacer lift take their truck in to toyota and get their vsc zeroed out?
