Step-in height with lifts

Planning on adding a lift, but hurt my knee last week. I was wondering what the step-in heights were with different lift wheel/tire combinations. (not counting running boards/bars etc) If you have a lift could you post your height to the interior door sill? Thanks, just curious and bored waiting for my truck.
