Default Borla Dual vs TRD Dual or Magnaflow Dual??

Well I miss my TRD Duals from the previous Tundras so I'm looking for Dual Exhaust system and ran in to Borla Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System kinda like the look but am not sure what it sounds like exactly...anyone knows anything or have them?? How about Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust with duals on right side behind tire?? thanks appreciate it..Happy Holidays...

I have the Borla cat back with dual rear exhaust and love it. My daughter complains all the time because I don't want the radio on any more. Rockstate has several sound clips.

I have the TRD Duals...http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...h-sound-clips/
My opinion, if you are going to tow, go with side exit TRD duals or you will kick yourself in the azz later.
If you don't care about the noise or are not going to be towing, and don't care about keeping everthing "TRD" I think the Borla may be a better choice.
Good luck, and I don't think you can make a wrong decision between these 2.

what i hear from the sound clips is loud and louder roaring. i like the deep pounding sound or true duals. two seperate mufflers (no x pipe) and two tail pipes.

Pics of my Borla:

Santa Was Early!

I went with the Borla for sound and it was a popular add on at the dealership. The truck looks and sounds more like it should from the factory. This is how Toyota should have done the 5.7 to begin with.

I have always liked the sound of borla but cant bring myself to spend that kind of money. You are probably not interested, but I went with a custom made true dual flowmaster setup w/ super 44,s and side exit oval tips. Sounds good, but I got a little of the flowmaster drone. Only cost me $375, about half of many other systems. But between the two you want, I like the borla. Enjoy whatever you get and keep us posted.

What you did is 3 times cheaper than TRD

What is the difference on TRD kits?
Part PT400-34074 and PT 400-34073?

Used search, found the answer http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...desc-question/

TRD for me to keep it all Toyota, however both are a good choice.
