For those of you waiting...i just talked to sparks and they previously had said they were having packaging problems and needed to figure it out, well yesterday they told me the just recieved another and it too was damaged so it looks like they will not be selling the grilles.

did you try your local dealer? Mine can get one for $224. Dont know how that price compares??

$224 is higher than the MSRP price of $222.84. Sparks price was only $173.82.

It sounds like it's a Toyota packaging problem, not Sparks. If so, wouldn't you expect similar issues wherever you bought it from?
