Creaking Noise 4000 miles after Toytec Lift?

Has anyone had a creaking noise come from the frontend of their Tundra? We installed a ToyTec 3" leveling kit at my shop and have had no problems for almost 4000 miles but now I'm getting this creaking noise which sounds like a loose strut in the towers. We pulled everything out...went over all of it and put it all back together.....still has the noise. I've have noticed it more when its cold outside (below 30 degrees) Any thoughts?!?!?
