Default 2007 4.7__getting a trd dual ehaust/cai

When I get the new TRD cat exhaust and cai do I need to get the truck recalibrated? Computer reset or something of the sort. Will the dealership do this automatically?

What is Dyno.. ??

If I have to get some thing done after all of this where do I go.... I live in San Diego?

When I installed my cat back and cai I did not reset anything just installed and went on. A dyno is a machine that measures rear wheel horsepower that a particular vehicle puts out. A dyno will also read lower than the advertised horsepower of the engine because of drivetrain loss.
