Default What happened to the Nitrous guy?

There was a guy that said he was having nitrous installed Thursday and Friday and that he would post up after the install. I think it was a 50 shot if i remember correctly. Hope nothing went wrong

You can't hurt anything with a 50 shot.

Ha! You guys are great. The install isn't finished yet. I am on vacation right now at the in-laws and the truck is still at the performance shop in IN. Installer called me on Friday and said they ran into a minor set-back. There is no fuel service port on the fuel rails for the wet kit. The kit I bought is a ZEX truck kit that isn't specific for the Tundra, so some minor modification has to be made. There are a few options that he mentioned and will check into them from ZEX, but they aren't shipping anything out till first of year as they are shut down for inventory. He said that ZEX indicated that there two options would be from either Nissan's 350Z or Jeep Grand Cherokee. I guess they have a 'piece' that connects into the fuel line, and you can split off of it for the fuel source. Just wasn't sure about sizing and deminisions. I will let you know once we get it finalized. I get back into town on Thursday, so I'll keep you all updated.

You can safely run a 50 shot on even a larger 4 cyl.

A 5.7 will laugh at a 50 shot of nitrous (no pun intended )
