Well,
I've compiled some numbers after running the initial 10 tanks through the 05' DC since installing the BAM per Keith's recommendations over at Dirty Deeds. With the factory exhause, I was averaging 18.5 - 18.7 mpg setting the cruise at 60 mph and driving mostly highways back and forth to work....
Work has since picked up, and I am doing a lot more driving to and from job sites, and get tied up in construction zones a little more then I'd like. Since installing the BAM, I decided to begin setting the crusie at 65 mph, and since we've seen a few days at 100+ degrees, I started running the a/c....anyway, when not in heavy traffice, I am seeing about 18.3 - 18.6 mpg....I am going to call this a slight improvement over stock since my mileage is essentially the same, but my speed has increased.
I've put together a small spreadsheet, hopefully I can insert it....
EDIT: It didn't copy like I'd hoped!
Overall Numbers...3096.92 miles driven.....168.43 gallons pumped......18.4 mpg cumulative.......
Cool - I could not remember if I sent it or not. I hope you find it useful. Keep up the god numbers tracking. I did find one discrepancy on the first entry but everything else looked good.
Interesting numbers and I wonder what you would see if you went back to the original speed for the next ten tanks of fuel.

Oops - you are correct! Not sure what happened there but for some reason yesterday I was coming up with 18.1 MPG on the first entry instead of 18.8. Must have been overly tired.
The sound is really nice.....I think it's just about perfect, especially when I run the air conditioner (it's a little deeper then). Anyway, it has a nice mellow growl at the lower rpm's and a rather powerful roar when accelerating. I really like how it's not overly loud.....my neighbor has dual flowmasters on his F-250, and after hearing the BAM I realized that his truck just sounds LOUD instead of good.

Huge difference between loud and GOOD - few people are smart enough to to know and admit the difference. I really like the sound of the BAM but am holding off on changing out the Aero Turbine until some bills get paid down.
And yes, Keith is a great guy and very knowledgeable - I have spoken with him on the phone several times and always come away impressed by his honesty.
I agree with you statement about sounding loud vs. sounding good.....I noticed something the other day, Keith recommends running 2.5-inch pipe, and I think the guys at the muffler shop used 3-inch. I asked for 2.5-inch but assume that so many folks think they need 3-inch that they unknowingly reached for the wrong size....when I get a sec, I'm going to go take some circumference measurements and see......if it's 3-inch, I might just have to see about finding the time to get it switched and run the 10-tank spreadsheet again.
