Yes, after 10,000 miles all the lug nuts are rusting on my 2007 tundra. Also, there is corrosion evident surrounding the toyota emblems that are mounted on the center covers. I am calling the dealer tomorrow. I have driven the vehicle ONCE in the snow. There does not appear to be any chipping of the chrome.
I don't know if my lugs are rusting but I know my bumper is. No one year old vehicle should be rusting. Hell, my '98 Expedition hasn't an ounce of rust on it. Our 4runner, no rust.
In the NE states, it's assumed rust will start to form earlier but by no means should it be happening to a truck that is one year old in April and from KS. Yes, they salt the roads somewhat conservatively but none of our other vehicles are having problems and they're 10 years old, 5 years old, 4 years old and two 1 year old vehicles.

Update - The dealer is making good on the rust issue and replacing all of the lug nuts and the center caps.
