I also installed this kit, and mhaddens write up was great, couldn't have done it without it. ON a side note, I have a 2008 Tundra Grade double cab, and mine was pre wired for the fog lights. My truck came from the Princeton plant July 2008. Any Tundra Grade owners who want fog lights should check behind the bumper for the fog light plugs.

Thumbs up Re: DIY: OEM Foglight Install

I gotta tell ya flat out, I was not impressed to see the fog light holes blacked out on my '07, my '00 came with the fog lights.

But I will say that I am very impressed with this post, mahadden efforts and Sparks for putting the parts together. Which is why I am giving this post a fresh bump.

Thank you everyone for keeping the post alive and all the support. Just a reminder the BlingLights Tundra Bumper Fog Lamps (BL5000K) includes everything needed to install and enjoy within the factory fog lamp openings where there is currently just the black plastic covers.
The factory fog lamps are plastic, our lamps are entirely metal and glass. Along with the 55 watt lamps the optional angel eye led rings which you can control seperate from the main lamp come included. If you decide not to use them it is similar to the over priced factory fog lamps but the LED angel eye rings look unique like the BMW headlights and act as a sort of day time running light when the main halogen fog lamps are not in use.

Available in stock with same day shipping at www.BlingLights.com and customer support available at (800)761-0235 or Sales@BlingLights.com thank you

When I was about to sign the paperwork for my truck, i did mention to the sales rep that my truck was missing the fog lights and step bars. He said that it was an option. So i told him, "why don't you throw in fog lights and step bars for free"...a little back and forth went on. So I asked if I can get it in writing from him to throw in the fogs and bars for free, then i will sign the contract. Sale rep said, what the heck, i'm not paying for them. Threw in the stuff for free.

Did they install the new factory turn signal/light control stalk on the steering column, like the OE ones have or just some aftermarket switch?

Man if they did the factory fogs you did a gonga move at the last minute as the parts are not cheap.

I have the factory tube step and to date I like it.

Product - Halogen bulbs, HID fog lights, conversion kits, headlights or taillamps, Extreme driving lamps, StreetGlow, hella lamps etc.

Do the "blinglights" install like the factory fog lights? The bracket shown on your webpage looks different.

Thanks!
Sid
