Earlier this last week I emailed EDGE and asked them if they were going to make a programer for the Tundra anytime soon. Friday afternoon I received a call from one of their techs. He informed me that they know that there is a huge market for Tundra programmers, but there is a catch. Since the big 3 all came out with new models for 09', they have to make their programmers first, since they all ready offer them for these trucks. Then, they are going to make a programmer for the Titan. But, he assured me that by this time next year, they will be introducing a programmer for Tundra. Figures early fall they will start designing it. So its nice to know that there are companies committed to making a product for our trucks.
Just thought I'd pass this info on. I'm guessing that another company will beat EDGE to the market since they project a year or so out.

I kind of find that fishy also. I think they all have explored the Tundra, but have found it difficult to break there ecm. That is why it has been put on the back burner. I live in eastern Idaho, home of Bully Dog. I have friends who work for them. They have been working on the Tundra for almost a year. I am sure someone will get something going. I just wouldn't hold my breath for it to happen soon.
When they released the edge for the 04+ F150 it had atleast 10 updates in a years time. And sometimes the update broke the working version you came from.
I sold mine before I got rid of the F150 and got all but 25 bucks back out of it.
Big questions:
Did it make a difference? Yes
Did I see an increase in mileage? No
Was the shift points tuneable? Yes and that bitch would shift really hard with some of the settings. Some other settings included spark advance, gear ratio & fuel curve.
Would I buy again? Maybe if a group buy price was less than 325 shipped.
Had the Edge Evolution on a 2004 F150. Loved that tuner. Came in a dash pod that blended in perfectly with the factory interior, and it was very easy to use. I hope something similar will eventually be available for the Tundra.
The Titan's have the Up-Rev Tune and 2* timing advance, there are also some after market cam's and what have you.
Even with the mods there isnt enough to get around a 07 Toyo stock (the cammed trucks are abit different)
