Well if you where going down the mountain with a tailwind, you could have averaged 35mpg for that part of the trip.

They are a pleasure to drive. I usually get around 40mpg-50mpg when I drive into town. It's a 6 mile ride and 5 miles of it is a down hill coast .

The Gen 2 Tundra has a firm ride (or so I am told). Ordinarily I prefer soft but the opposite does have a handling benefit.

Ive never driven a TL before buy my DC handles no where near as good as my previous cars. Although I am coming from turbo civics , EVOS , and cammed GTOS (all cars with aftermarket suspensions of course). This is my first truck so I cant compare it to other trucks but in my eyes it handles like a 5600 pound truck should, poorly!! Just my $.02 cents, maybe the lowered RCSBs can handle good but as for my DC no way!!

300 ULTRA may have some regrets.

If you want to make your DC handle put a Rear Sway bar on. Your Ready Lift puts the CG higher, bar should help even more. Sure like my DC LTD TRD 4x4 better with the bar. My $.02
