Got to Drive a Friend's 07 Limited for a while. Thoughts
Well I'm probably just preaching to the choir and not saying anything new here. But I got to drive a friend's 07 Tundra for a good hour and a half the other day going to Leesburg from Gainesville. I was astonished at how quiet and smooth it was - I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bit quieter than my 01 sequoia limited. On a back road, I got to take it up to 115 - again, couldn't believe how stable it was.
One thing I was surprised about - don't all limited have the optitron blue lights? His dash was red and all the gauges white. Assumed all limiteds had blue.
Of course, my one con - the black dash. Some of the panels and buttons also felt cheap and not very sturdy.
I did not have any complaints on rear seat space of the DC - I am 6'2, and when driving, the 5'11 person behind me had plenty of legroom.
If I had the funds, and the need, I would buy this truck in an instant. My Sequoia is still running like new at 120k miles and I don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon.
