TundraGeneral discussion forum for the 2007 and later Toyota Tundra.
This is a discussion thread titled "Line-X for New Winch Bumper", within the Tundra forum, part of the Truck Forums category.
Any of you guys that are Line-X experts please chime in with any advice or comments.
I brought my truck to the Line-X place that line my bed and asked for a quote to line the bumper while it was still on the truck. I have not had the best luck with adjusting the bumper. The first place I brought it damaged the paint on my fender. They paid to fix it. That is why I inquried about spraying the bumper while it was on the truck. The Line-X dealer quoted me about $700. I asked how much if I brought it to him off the truck. He said $400 just for the front and $500 if I wanted behind the bumper sprayed. These prices seem a bit high to me. I could be wrong though. And this is for the regular line-X. He said Xtra would be about $200 more if I could find an Xtra dealer around here. Let me know what you think

25-30 ft Travel Trailer....... bye bye Pop-Up
I had my bed line-x'ed with xtra yesterday, and they had a sign up that said $75/hour labor. If you brought the bumper in stripped of lights and such, I doubt it would take any more than a couple of hours to spray it, plus the cost of materials, would be surprised if it came to more than $300.
i went to a line-x xtra dealer today and was quoted $850.00 for front and rear bumper and the bed with line-x xtra and undercoating for the whole bottom of the truck and back wheels wells( i am moving to NJ soon, lots of salt)
