That's just good customer service!
I had a problem with an air/fuel sensor a while ago that was misdiagnosed as an O2 sensor problem. After proper diagnosis, and 4 times in the shop, the dealer filled up my gas tank. Because the part was on backorder and took a while to ship, Toyota USA asked me to send them some gas receipts. I sent Toyota USA 3 receipts for approximately $150. At the end of the day, Toyota did everything they could to make me happy. Over $200 in gas can sure take the sting out of an air/fuel sensor.
