Default Any tricks or pointers learned for install Truxx lift?

I purchased the 3" Truxx lift. After weeks of debate on which lift to get. I decided that the factory ride is what I wanted. It should be here on Monday and I am really anxious to get it on. I work M-F and usually get home around 4:15. Will it take long to install? I plan on installing one day and alligning the next. Also what is a fair price for a allignment? Thanks for any advice.

Not many tips to speak of, get a buddy to help you.
Took me about 4 hours by myself, a buddy will cut that time down by a hour for sure.
An extra pair of hands will help with putting it back together.
See this thread >>> Finally Lifted it Today, Truxxx!!!
Alignment should be between $50 and $100.
Les Schwab was able to get it right for me for about $60.

Yup took me about 5hrs total working on a sloped road outside of my apartment complex. If you have a nice flat drive way or garage it will be easier. The hardest part is getting the lower two spindle bolts back in once the spacer is installed on top of the shock assembly. An extra set of hands will help out a ton.

Also please post up pics of the diff. drop once you have it installed. I didn't like the size of the spacers Truxxx provided, it made everything sit at a weird angle so I modified a bit. Maybe I just got an oddball size. I'd like to compare.

Oh I also have the service manual sheets for the front and rear suspension if you want the torque values for the bolts. PM me if you want them.
